March 8 2012 is International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme is “Connecting Girls, Inspiring Futures”.
Over the past year, I found myself forming friendships and a connection with other girls who share the same love for comic book characters (yes females DO read comics too!) as I do.
Each one of these ladies have also inspired me one way or another.
[Image description: A re-design of Wonder Woman. Diana wears a blue battle skirt and an approximation of her armored bodice armor. She wears a red cape, a lasso at her side, a shield in one hand and a sword in the other. She has a happy/determined look on her face and she stands in what looks like the canyons.]

It’s getting to finally be fall where I live and that means socks. Here’s a selection of superhero socks to keep your feet warm.
There have been lots of superhero socks available through the years but I don’t remember any that come with their own cape:
I must have the Wonder Woman socks.
I must to reblog this, because it is highly relevant to my interests. Obviously, I want all of these, most especially the Robin ones.Source: dcwomenkickingass
